VRILISSIA SAINT RAPAHEL 24-25 (12-14)

Saint Raphael dramatically qualified to the semi-finals thanks to a hard-fought 25-24 victory over Vrilissia. The French team was always in the lead, but Vrilissia made a brave comeback and cut a five-goal difference (21-16) in minute 30 to just one goal (24-23). The Athenian club failed to equalize in two successive attacks, while Saint Raphael scored to make it 25-23 and secure a place in the semi-finals.
